    10 Machines You Shouldn't Use - MSN Health & Fitness - Fitness

    I know that all you weekend warriors are ramping up for the New Year with strong resolutions and the best intentions--

    but BEFORE YOU DO, please read this article, which outlines some of the dangers of 10 gym machines. I don't necessarily agree that you shouldn't use these machines, but I do think you should all be aware of hyperextension and undue pressure on the spine and the joints.

     

    Read the article and make your own decisions, but whatever you do, be safe, and have fun
