Source: Dieting most always fails in the long run - Diet & Nutrition - MSNBC.com April 19 Organic vs. conventional: What do experts say? - CNN.comI am a big advocate of fresh, whole, nutritious food in it's most pure, unrefined form. I try to buy Organic whenever possible, as I like the idea of the food that I AM PUTTING INTO MY BODY having to pass though certain standards and regulations, as well as feeling like I am doing something that is healthier for the environment. With that said, there still does not seem to be a lot of firm evidence pointing to higher nutrition content or reduced environmental harm. Here's an article that addresses both issues and sheds a little scientific light on the subject. Just some food for thought...no pun intended. There is no way to spot reduce abs alone--you can have the strongest abs in the gym--the tough part is getting them to show. Here's a great start!: Link to How To Kick That Spare Tire - MSN Health & Fitness - Diet & Fitness
