You had some very interesting books on your list. If you are interested in self improvement books, I have a few you should read like The Hustlers 10 commandments by HOTEP; or the 48 Laws of Power, I do not remember who the author was. I like your site. SHAKESPEAR03

October 06 End of SummerWell, it was a good one, that's for sure. Here are the latest "end of summer" announcements, and some pictures from the final September Bootcamp (not too worry though, we've already got a Healthy Holiday Series going on through December, and we'll keep you posted on that).
This has been one of the best summers yet: Coach Stacey is expecting twins, her 1st-ever bootcamp series has been a complete success, and now--
COACH has been nominated for Best of Western Washington!
I want to tell you about the very special client that nominated COACH: she has Fibromyalgia, and had several bad experiences with physical therapists, doctors, and trainers. It took her over a month of emailing back-and-forth to even come in; she was terrified to begin a program, afraid to touch a weight, and not quite sure she could trust me. Fast forward to today: she is a twice-a-week regular client, laughs through our entire sessions, does push-ups when I don't even ask her too, and believes in the COACH program so much that she has even brought her husband on-board!
That's what we do at COACH: WE CHANGE LIVES. I'm sure each of you has a unique story about COACH--it's time for us to spread the word.
I know that you are all busy and have many commitments in your daily lives. Please take a moment to help out a business that started 5 years ago out of the trunk of a beat-up car, turn into a household name and model for health, wellness, and fitness!
To Vote, click here. LEAVING A REVIEW IS NOT THE SAME AS VOTING! Only votes count towards the competition. You must click the yellow "VOTE" tab. Voting deadline is October 11.

August 26 COACH Summer Bootcamp![]() What a summer--on a whim, I decided to offer a summer bootcamp series--it ended up being one of the best things COACH has done. I'd like to think it had something to do with me, but I honestly think it had more to do with the low price ($11 per session) and special (buy-1-get-1-free). Still, people came in flocks (we had 26 people participate this month), brought friends, laughed, cried, puked, got in excellent shape, pushed themselves, and had a ton of fun! This was one of the best coaching experiences that I've ever had, and so I am sure to keep the COACH Summer Bootcamps a yearly event (although I'll have to think twice about that buy-1-get-1-free deal)

May 12 Friends in high places...Coachees,
Wow, I can't even believe the last time I blogged, I was PREPARING to open my fitness studio. Well, it is open, and it is booming! It's hard to think that this time last year I was working out of my car (which, coincidentally, died almost as soon as I signed the paperwork for the studio!!!). The new location has brought new lives to touch, new opportunities, and new people who share a zest and passion for all things health, wellness, and fitness related.
Two such people that I would like to introduce you to are: Dr. Michael Greer, and Keith Touissant.
Last week, we were panelists on the topic of "Taking charge of your health in times of change." These gentleman know too much for their own good, and I was pleasantly surprised at the wealth of information I walked away with (i thought I knew EVERYTHING

He is sole or part-owner of seven patents related to web services and digital television delivery. Keith lives in Seattle with his wife and four children.
Dr. Greer: (click on his name for website)
Michael E. Greer was trained as an OB-GYN with an M.D. from Hahnemann Medical University (Philadelphia, Penn.), a top-20 medical school, after which he was board certified in 1984. Over the last decade he has developed an integrative medicine practice, incorporating the best of conventional medicine and natural health philosophies. He recommends natural bio-identical hormones, herbs, homeopathy, vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements to promote wellness, rather than simply treating symptoms of illness. He also prescribes pharmaceutical medications. Given the current national emphasis on weight management as a lynchpin of wellness, he hopes that his weight management practice will serve as a model for other physicians. Dr. Greer was a pioneer in the early-stage treatment of painful endometriosis using natural progesterone to shrink the lesions, and in the application of natural progesterone to treat fibroids and reduce the incidence of surgery. Today, Dr. Greer lectures at medical universities and conferences nationwide on weight management and hormone balancing for wellness. Dr. Greer is also a nationally recognized fashion model for agencies including Seattle Models Guild, Ford, Click and others. He applies his own wellness principles and herbal supplements to look good and feel great, despite a busy professional schedule.

November 04 I'm baaaa-aaaaccckkkkOkay, Okay, I've been bad about blogging. Terrible really. But I have a good excuse. For the past few months, I have been working tirelessly moving to and transforming my new Health, Wellness, & Fitness Studio in Belltown (the hip, urban, and slightly (but appealingly) grimy section of downtown Seattle for all my national friends).
This past Saturday, November 1, friends, family, supporters, and strangers came out IN THE RAIN to welcome COACH to the neighborhood, and to do some serious partying.
This weekend, while watching people talk, laugh, get adjusted (we had a chiropractor in the house), beautified (we also had a naturopathic physician doing facial rejuvenation) and sweat, it hit me all of a sudden--We really are bringing health back!
August 16 5 Pseudo-Healthy Foods—and 5 That Are Healthier Than You Think - - 1Nutrition - MSN Health & FitnessI've said it for years, but people just don't want to listen, do they? Well will you believe me now? Most of the time when we try to do sugar-free, carb-free, fat-free, taste-free whatever, to save a few calories, we are actually doing more harm than good.
Check out what other "health" made the pseudo healthy food list--and the surprising 5 that made the real healthy food list.
